From the minute we walked in the door, Joe took excellent care of us - such a helpful, polite and fun man. Ana, at the front desk, had the task of telling us our room wasn't quite ready, but immediately introduced us to Laurel in your lounge. Again, both of these women are courteous, hardworking and just fun to be around. Your concierge helped arrange some tours for us and always had a pleasant word and friendly smile.
When it was time for me to leave (at 4:30AM!), Greg could not have been nicer. He arranged for the Shuttle, called to verify its coming on a timely basis, brought me coffee and newspapers as I waited and helped me with all my luggage when the shuttle arrived. These people should be commended as well as your hotel. On our next stay in New Orleans, we will definitely use your facility."
